When you call or stop by K Fence you will more then likely find one of these people available to help you with questions and products.

Hugh
Hugh Kraemer
Owner

Hugh has been in the fencing business for more than 20 years. He is the "brains" behind the business. He estimates the fences we build, helps landowners and state employees design fences, and has a tremendous amount of knowledge of fencing including electrical fences, predator fencing and exotic animal fencing that he eagerly shares with our dealers and landowners. He started in the business fencing cattle and sheep, and still enjoys working with livestock farmers in the upper midwest. On summer days, you will find him with the crew where he still drives most of the posts.

Jennifer
Jennifer Becker
Office Manager

Jennifer comes from a farm family, has a BS degree from UW River Falls in agri business and has horses.  She generally answers the phone when you call, tracks orders, invoices sales, balances the books, orders products, works with our CPA and writes the checks! She is also a computer whiz. If you need information about our products, or if you want to place an order, she will make sure it gets out. She lives in Frontenac with her husband Ryan and two sons Wyatt and Luke.

Pat
Pat Kraemer
Technical Support

Pat puts together all of the advertising including the webpages, catalogs and ads. She also fills in where needed and trys to cover Jennifer's duties when Jennifer is not at work. She is a full-time art instructor at Rochester Community and Technical College. Yes she is Hugh's wife and helped install some of the first K Fences.

Since about a third of our business is fence installation, we have a professional crew that spends every day in the summer months building fences of all kinds. They have been able to build as much as 4000' of fence in one day.

Clyde
Clyde Johnson
Foreman

Clyde has been building fence with us since 1992. He is the backbone of our crew. He builds all of the end assemblies and is the detail person making certain the fence meets his high standards. He is a welder and owned his own repair business before buying Misty Morning Farm in Mazeppa. He and his wife Sue have cattle and horses, and give sleigh rides and hayrides for the community and way back graduated from Stillwater High School with Hugh.

Brian
Brian Larson
Installer

Brian has been with K Fence since 1996. He drives the tractor, staples and runs the wire. He brings considerable machinery and livestock experience to the job. Brian is an avid sportsman who likes to hunt and fish with his two teenage boys. Brian's wife Kim has her own accounting business. They just built a new house on their farm near Lake City.

Elliot
Elliot Kraemer
Grounds Crew

Elliot has been with us since 1985. He does all the lawn mowing and snow removal. Because he is interested in making his own machinery, it often takes longer to build a new road grader or mower then to actually blade or mow. He is especially interested in old lawnmowers and chain saws, especially if they don't work.

Eby
Eby
Receptionist

Eby loves her work. She is the first one to greet you when you arrive and the last one to say good-bye.
